RPS is retained by a 141-accredited, privately-owned flight school located just outside of Sacramento, California in their search for their next Flight Instructor. They are dedicated to shaping the next generation of pilots through top-tier instruction and a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities of the Flight Instructor:
- Conduct Part 141 flight training for Private Pilots, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilots, and CFI candidates
- Develop and deliver engaging ground instruction sessions
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and school policies
- Maintain accurate training records and student progress reports
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for students
- Collaborate with the operations team to support efficient scheduling and maintenance planning
Qualifications for the Flight Instructor:
- FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate required; CFII and MEI strongly preferred
- Experience with flying Fix Wing and or Tail Wheel
- Meet the minimum requirements for instruction under Part 141
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and training standards
- A minimum of one year’s experience in ground and flight
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
